ENOUGH TIME FOR YOURSELF (practice)

Throughout the day, feel the energy flowing through you as much as you can, like a pillar coming from the Source, entering through the top of your head and exiting through your feet towards the center of the Planet. You can visualize that / feel that while you work, stroll, cook, talk to someone. Give yourself the best energy flow you can, so that everything that should be released processes easier.
When you have more time, make yourself calm, ask for an energy therapy (the sentence below the text) and set your attention to your heart chakra. Imagine yourself breathing through it and that with every inhale and exhale it becomes even wider, stronger, more luminous… all until you feel light emanate out of your heart chakra with such strength that it lights up your whole body and the space around you.
Be like that and breathe for as long as you feel comfortable. In the end, just feel your physical body, from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and feel the Planet’s energy, to earth yourself well.

Be love, discover love, breathe love, live love – allow yourself the lightness of life, allow yourself the flow of existence. Feel your life, embrace it, hug it, pay it tribute. And then bow deeply to yourself for all of the beauty that’s hiding within you and that you admit in this moment. Your own respect will bring you peace and calm your mind. Knowing how precious and unique you are will let you strengthen your energy.
After that, when you look at other people, try to recognize all of that within them. Uniqueness shows itself in all that you allow to be unique.
