In the midst of strong global energy bursts happening every day to each personality, very strong energy cleansings occur. Because of the mind, too much thinking and weighing, constructions and various mental blocks, energy can get stuck and clog the energy canals. That causes congestion of the whole system, slowness and tiredness.

To assist your energy flow, allow throughout the day enough time for yourself. That can be 10 minutes you take to lean on a chair or lie down, relax, and pay attention to your breathing, drink tea alone and focus on yourself and the moment you are in.
Very often people say the words “I don’t have time to rest”, not seeing that the hurry and exhaustion makes the tasks they do last longer, and that sometimes a 10 minute break is enough to replenish and finish everything in time.
