At the beginning of a new day thank yourself for being here. You don’t have to find reasons, simply thank yourself. Then go in the day and try to be nice to the people you encounter, regardless of whether they’re close to you or just strangers, try to be nice.
At the end of the day, find time for yourself. Calm yourself, spend some time just breathing. Then ask for an energy therapy (the sentence below the text) and return to your breathing. Set forward an intention for the therapy that you’re ready to work on all of the vibrations that prevented you from being nice to other people. Be honest in that process and try to remember who you met that day, when it was easy or hard to be nice, or when you maybe had to act. Set the intention forward of readiness to work on all of the vibrations underneath the times when being nice was hard and when you were, let’s say, angry. Do that for as long as you feel the therapy happening or until you’ve had enough. In the end, ground yourself well by feeling your physical body from the top of the head to your toes.
