WHERE AM I? (practice)

Ask for an energy therapy (the sentence below the text) and spend some time just breathing, feeling your breath. Then focus on your heart chakra area and ask this question within: “When my thoughts, my ego, my constructs are removed, when all that I think I ought to be is removed, along with all expectations myself and others have… where am I?”.
This is a question that serves to start your inner process, not to get an answer. So after asking that question just let yourself be, feel the breath, let yourself go to the therapy. At the end of the therapy earth yourself well by becoming aware of your physical body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head.

Imagine yourself covered by a bunch of stickers, every one of them says something about you. Some were stuck on by you, some were stuck on by others. Then imagine yourself when you can (while resting or doing something) peeling those stickers off. You don’t have to look at what they say, your intention of peeling them off will connect you to the intention of giving yourself freedom, of finding yourself outside of the frame of expectation, letting yourself go, of walking your own best roads.
