Ask for an energy therapy (the sentence below the text) and take some time to direct attention to your breath, feel yourself lowering with every inhale and exhale towards the belly area, in line with the navel, but within, in the center of your body. Feel your inhales and exhales dive deeper and deeper into that area. Observe what you feel – do you feel pleasant or uncomfortable, how is your breath, calm or rapid? Do you feel that you can release by being in that area or are you overcome by a kind of nervousness throughout your whole body?
Throughout the therapy, put the intention forward of releasing all of the compressed vibrations that obstruct the flow in the body. All of that which creates a barrier between yourself and the feeling of self, acknowledging yourself. Put the intention forward that you are ready to accept, feel, ready for conscious and responsible acceptance of all of your feelings to then look at them and transform them. That you are ready to completely take responsibility for yourself.
If by doing so you feel even more discomfort, then put forward the added intention, that you are ready to release all those vibrations that lie under the feeling of not taking responsibility for yourself, that by turning your internal sight on it, you’re ready to lift those deep vibrations up to the surface to make them conscious and transform them.
By coming into this life you received this body, by growing and living in it, all of your vibrations have allowed the development of new ones. You are the only one responsible for your existence. The moment you profoundly and wholly admit that, is the moment your path of healing will begin. The path of opening towards yourself and your own consciousness.
